Cercate un B&B di fronte al mare?
Vi aspettiamo qui, in riva al mare, sul meraviglioso litorale di Civitanova, anche quest’anno insignito della Bandiera Blu.
Scoprite il piacere di attraversare la strada e trovarvi a camminare sulla sabbia. Disponiamo di tre camere doppie: Olimpia, Catarina e Beatrice.
Tutte le camere sono di recente ristrutturazione e dotate di bagno privato con asciugacapelli e doccia idromassaggio. Ogni camera è dotata di aria condizionata, riscaldamento e TV.
La camera Beatrice gode di una meravigliosa vista sul mare. Le camere Olimpia e Catarina danno sul tranquillo cortile interno.
Gustate i sapori della tradizione marchigiana nella ricca colazione nel luminoso soggiorno vista mare o, se preferite, direttamente sul balcone.
Negli spazi comuni, a vostra disposizione trovate:
-frigo con congelatore e trattamento antibatterico;
-il forno a microonde;
-un angolo giochi per i più piccoli;
-un seggiolone per la pappa;
-l'angolo dell'informazione turistica com mappe e brochures;
-un piccolo angolo libreria, nel caso abbiate dimenticato le vostre letture da viaggio a casa!

We are waiting for you right here, on the seashore, on the wonderful sandy beach of Civitanova Marche, who got also for the 2011 the Blue Flag.
Come and discover how it’s possible to cross the road and feel immediately the sand under your feet.
We have three double rooms, Olimpia, Catarina and Beatrice, available also as twins or either for single occupancy with private bathroom, hairdryer and hydromassage shower.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioned, heating and TV.
The room Beatrice has a wonderful seaview, the rooms Olimpia and Catarina have a quiet view on the backyard.
Taste the flavours of the marchigian tradition sitting for a gorgeous breakfast with seaview or, if preferred, in the balcony.
In the common areas, at your disposal, you can find:
-a freezer and a refrigerator with antibacterial treatment;
-a microwave owen;
-a play area for children;
-a high chair for baby feeding;
-the tourist information corner with maps and brochures;
-a small library corner, in case you have forgotten your favorite book at home!

Wir warten auf Sie hier, am Ufer des Meeres, an der wunderschönen Sandstrand von Civitanova Marche, der auch für das Jahr 2011 die Blaue Flagge erhielt.
Kommen Sie und entdecken Sie, wie es möglich ist, die Straβe zu überqueren und sich sofort den Sand unter Ihren Füβen.
Wir haben drei Doppelzimmer, Olimpia, Catarina und Beatrice, auch als Zwillinge oder auch zur Einzelbelegung mit eigenem Bad, Fön und Hydromassage-Dusche.
Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage, Heizung und TV ausgestattet.
Die Zimmer Beatrice hat einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer, die Zimmer haben Olimpia und Catarina einem ruhigen Blick auf den Hinterhof.
