L'appartamento dispone di una camera con due letti singoli unibili, armadi, scrivanie e librerie ben fornite. Il bagno è in comune, con doccia/vasca e lavatrice, a richiesta con ferro ed asse da stiro, ma sconsigliata, siete in vacanza! La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici, la prima colazione è compresa mentre l'uso cucina è a richiesta.
L'appartamento si trova in centro a Mestre, con supermercati, farmacie, fermate dell'autobus, cinema, centro città e molto altro tutto vicino, ma nonostante questo è una zona molto tranquilla, non si sentono rumori di traffico e si trova facilmente parcheggio vicino.
Dalla stazione della ferrovia di Ve. Mestre si arriva in meno di 2 km, con la possibilità di prendere l'autobus H2. L'uscita dell'autostrada è la Mestre-Marghera. L'aeroporto è il Marco Polo, con possibilità di prendere l'ATVO Navetta Flybus che arriva alla Stazione ferroviaria.
A meno di 200 metri dal B&B c'è la fermata dell'autobus per Venezia, che arriva a Piazzale Roma in 10 minuti.
Servizi inclusi: asciugamani, lenzuola, pulizie settimanali (o giornaliere, in caso di necessità), accesso ad Internet Wifi. Non compreso: possibilità baby-sitter (8euro all'ora)

 The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds which can be put together to be matrimonial, wardrobes, desks and well-stocked libraries. The bathroom is shared with a shower / tub and washing machine on request, iron and ironing board, but not recommended, you're on vacation! The kitchen is well equipped with all household appliances, breakfast is included and the use of kitchen is on request.
The apartment is located in the center of Mestre, with supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stops, cinemas, downtown and much more all close, but despite this is a very quiet, no noises of traffic and parking is easily close.
From the railway station of Ve. Mestre you arrive in less than 2 km, with the possibility of taking the bus H2. The exit is the Mestre-Marghera. The airport is Marco Polo, with the possibility of taking the ATVO Flybus arrives at the train station.
Less than 200 meters from the B & B is the bus stop to Venice, arriving in Piazzale Rome in 10 minutes, and more buses for visiting the near areas.
Services include: towels, bed linen, weekly cleaning (or daily if necessary), Internet Access. Not including: Baby-sitter (8euro hour)
